Litigation…………………………: It consists of the defendant’s request for the “cancellation of the objection” to the debt of 14,500,00 TL at the enforcement office, the continuation of the proceedings and the request for “20% enforcement denial compensation”.

The defendant, due to my client’s receivable of 14,500,00 TL arising from “shopping”, following the general attachment made by the Izmir 2nd Enforcement Office from the file numbered 2015/850 (after the notification of the payment order “example: 7”, appealed within the time limit).
It was notified to the client on 10.01.2015 that there was an objection to the follow-up and the proceedings were stopped.
The debtor’s objection is unjustified. It is confirmed by the delivery receipts bearing his signature that he owes my client TL (14.500.00).
