Arms turnover is studied in two ways. These are as follows:
Transfer of arms to each other by civilian citizens: In order for the licensed guns to be transferred to another person, it must be determined that there is no obstacle in obtaining a license to carry and keep a gun. The contract, which stipulates the transfer of arms, is drawn up by a notary public following the approval procedures. Weapons and bullets cannot be transferred to a person without a weapon being issued.
Transfer of arms to civilian citizens of TAF personnel: The personnel who are on duty, whose name is registered in the Force Commands’ personal weapon inventory, do not need to obtain a transfer permission from the Force Command with a petition before transferring their weapon, which is not inconvenient to transfer to another person. The process of taking over the weapon to be transferred to another person is carried out by the person who will take over the weapon. After the completion of the handover of the weapon, it is deducted from the personnel who transferred the weapon.
WHAT ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSED WEAPONS?
Licensed weapons that cannot be transferred are as follows:
Given to members of the First Grand National Assembly of Turkey as a memory of victory or passed on to their heirs,
Those who stayed with them from the wars before the War of Independence and which were documented to be passed on to their heirs,
It has been determined and documented that it is in the hands of the officers and soldiers who participated in the War of Independence and those who worked hard behind the front or inherited to their heirs,
Firearms, knives and swords, which were found to be given as souvenirs by the front commanders in the War of Independence or passed on to their heirs.
TAF personnel; personal weapons given to him free of charge as long as he is on duty,
TAF personnel; Forced pistol allocated to personnel who are in danger of life safety
are non-transferable licensed weapons.

Although the fee to be charged for the gun license varies according to the type of license to be obtained, the gun license fee fee for 2022 is generally as follows:
