EVENTS:
As a result of the investigation carried out by the Dean’s Office of ……….. University ……….., the defendant due to ……….., the subject of the lawsuit …/…/20… and numbered ……….. was given a 1/30 deduction from the monthly salary. The penalty given is unfair and against the Regulation due to ………………….
With the petition dated …/…/20… I appealed to the defendant University Rectorate for the abolition of the penalty, but this objection was not accepted.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons I have explained above and for reasons to be observed by your Honorable Court ex officio, the defendant administration’s action regarding the disciplinary penalty dated ../…/20.. and numbered ……….. is STOPPED first and finally CANCELLED, and the defendant administration’s expenses are CANCELLED. I respectfully submit and request that it be decided to be charged to the party.
