1. The plaintiff client is the legal heir of the deceased C….. D….. as he is his son. The deceased passed away on 15/07/2021. Before he passed away, he was residing at the address of ……………………………….. Batıkent Yenimahalle Ankara.
2. We reject the inheritance of the deceased unconditionally and unconditionally within the period following his death. It has been necessary to open this case for the acceptance of our request for the rejection of the inheritance and the registration of the rejection.
