My client, Ahmet Haklı, has had his debtor (bankrupt) Hasan Türkay (3,500,00) liras receivable from the bankruptcy desk recorded in the bankruptcy desk.
On 13.02.2015, my client, who examined the list of orders announced to be given to the bankruptcy office, saw that his receivables were placed in the “third place”. However, IIK. art. Pursuant to 206, his receivable was to be placed in the “first place”, not in the third place.
In the face of this situation, it has become necessary to apply to your court for the correction of the erroneously arranged sequence table.
