If, after the delivery of the leased property, the lessee has not vacated the leased property against the lessor on a certain date, although he has undertaken to vacate in writing, the lessor may terminate the lease agreement within one month starting from this date.
The validity of the discharge commitment depends on being in writing and this commitment must include the discharge commitment. There is also an important point that this commitment must be given after the conclusion of the lease agreement and the delivery of the leased property. It is not possible for a commitment given on or before the same date as the contract to be valid.
