RELATED SALES AGREEMENT
Article 1 – Subject;

Article 10 – Default and Due Diligence;
If the seller’s own protest bills and bad checks are not paid by the seller within one week after the seller’s delivery of bad customer checks and protested customer papers endorsed by the seller, the seller is authorized to stop the shipment, cancel the orders and take back the cash premiums given. In this case, the seller may not have any objections and accepts and undertakes to return the premiums received in advance.
In addition, all remaining debts of the seller become due and the seller agrees and undertakes not to object to the follow-up of all checks and notes given by the seller, even though they are not due.
