New Amnesty Law

In order to benefit from conditional release, they had to serve 30 years of aggravated life imprisonment, 24 years of life imprisonment, and 2/3 of other prison sentences. With the regulation made, the rule of spending 2/3 of the time in the penitentiary institution in conditional release was reduced to half (1/2).

While they are required to spend 3/4 of them in prison for recidivists and organized crimes, it has been reduced to 2/3 with this law.

Some crimes are exempted from the 1/2 amnesty. The rate will continue to be applied as 2/3 or 3/4 in exceptional crimes.

2/3 rate will continue to apply crimes;

crime of willful murder
Convicts who have been sentenced to life imprisonment and aggravated life imprisonment due to the crime of aggravated injury due to its consequences
torture crime
crime of torment
sexual assault crime
crime of sexual intercourse with a minor
sexual harassment crime
Offenses against private life and the secret sphere of life
Crimes against state secrets and espionage (except for life sentences and aggravated life sentences)
Offenses against sexual immunity committed by children
The crime of manufacturing and trading drugs or stimulants committed by children
Those who have been imprisoned for establishing or managing an organization to commit a crime by children or for crimes committed within the framework of the organization’s activities

3/4 rate will continue to apply;
