SUBJECT OF THE REQUEST: It is about our objections to the accident detection report that is kept untrue and our requests for the cancellation of the objectionable report.
DESCRIPTIONS
Plaintiff client A…. B…., ../../…. While leaving the address of ………………… with ….. plated vehicle (license, motor insurance and insurance information is attached to this petition. APPENDIX-), the defendant B…. It collided with the speeding vehicle with the plate number of ….. under the command and administration of C…. at …:.. As a result of this collision, the vehicle of the client ………….. and the vehicle of the defendant …………………………. damage occurred, the plaintiff client was injured with a simple medical intervention and the defendant was injured with a fracture in his left arm. Photographs of the vehicles taken after the accident, hospital reports and law enforcement statement reports are submitted to the file as an appendix to this petition. (ADDITIONAL-)
After the accident, the above-mentioned report kept by the traffic police called to the scene of the accident and “…………………………………………….” Since the rule was violated, a report was drawn up and the fault was blamed on the plaintiff client.
Despite the fact that the client has no fault in the incident, the co-defendant’s attempt to abuse the client’s goodwill in this way is futile. In this regard, the camera recordings (Annex-) that we have submitted in the annex of this petition will once again reveal our rightful claims.
As your Court will know with the evidence we have explained above and submitted to the file, the client has no faults that could cause an accident. The accident report does not reflect the truth, and it was kept as a result of the defendant’s bad faith and misinforming the law enforcement officers; is against justice and equity. For this reason, it has become necessary for us to present our objections to the accident detection report that does not reflect the aforementioned reality.
