1-) During the execution of the prison sentence of … years … months, which was given to the convict with the verdict of your court for the crime … of our client, the date of conditional release was specified as …/…/…, and the release date of the bi-right was …/…/… in the timetable issued by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Due to this intentionally committed crime, the release decision on the condition of our client was withdrawn and it was decided to execute the same period from the date of the crime to the release date of the right.
