Applications can be made to 680 district population directorates designated for ordinary passports, and from the population and citizenship directorates of 81 provinces for special and service stamped passports. Making a passport appointment by phone: Making an e-passport appointment is made by phone through the ALO 199 Citizen Interaction Center. Hello 199 working hours are between 09.00-17.00. It can be done between 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
