DESCRIPTIONS
1-My client is a well-known and loved tradesman in his city. He trades in clothing and apparel. He is successful and happy.
2-My client … has been receiving messages from unknown people for a long time, and he has been disturbed by work and home phone calls. People who call my client, who is staying alone in the house where he currently lives, are speaking by changing their voice, what they are saying is not understood or they are just breathing silently. My client is also in deep fear and anxiety in this situation.
3- He thinks that the other people who are making immoral offers against my client due to living alone and those who call and bother me on this phone are the same people.
4-For this reason, our client, who has no peace at home, at work or on the street, therefore, we demand that his phones be tapped and that those who disturb him are identified and a lawsuit is filed for their punishment.
