SUBJECT : In accordance with the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, it consists of submitting our request to take the necessary protection measures.
DESCRIPTIONS
1. The purpose of the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence against Women; to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the measures to be taken in order to protect women, children, family members and victims of stalking and to prevent violence against them. Due to the fact that my client is at risk of being subjected to violence and is the victim of unilateral stalking, within the scope of the Law prepared for this purpose, it has become necessary to submit our request to take these protection measures. Namely;

2. If these behaviors against my client, which are performed by the defendants, are not prevented, my client is in danger of being subjected to violence. As a result of this psychological violence that my client has experienced, protection measures should be applied to the defendants immediately, before he is given the opportunity to suffer physical violence.
3. As a result of these events, although a criminal complaint was filed against the defendants, these behaviors still continue. As a result of these events, the client was so affected and psychologically worn out that he could not do his job.
4. In order to ensure the safety and well-being of both my client and the people living together in the same residence, it has become obligatory to request that the necessary protection measures be taken and implemented within the framework of the powers granted and opportunities provided by the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women.
