DESCRIPTIONS
1-My client is a well-liked politician and businessman. He is a respected businessman who has helped non-governmental organizations in recent years and has paid all kinds of taxes.
2- In the news at the top right of the 3rd page of the … newspaper published in …, dated ../…/…, my client’s name was clearly displayed and statements such as “where does this mill’s water come from, where does this money come from”.
3- This article, written against my client, who actually has property and income from his family, but is among the tax record holders of the year in the magazine …, is an attack and harm to my client’s material and moral assets. It tarnishes my client’s respectable reputation.
4- My client, who is an honorable citizen who loves his country and pays his taxes, is exposed to false rumors in the region where he lives, his reputation is damaged and his business is affected. Likewise, my client’s lover also broke up with him for this reason.
5- We request that the attached disclaimer be published on the same page and column. We will also file criminal and civil lawsuits against those who wrote the relevant article.
