In order to reduce the occupancy in the prison, with the exception of terrorism, drug trafficking, sexual abuse, deliberate murder, crimes related to privacy, which are excluded from the scope of reduction of execution, probation period, for crimes committed before 30 March 2020, on a one-time basis. For women who have children in the 0-6 age group and for convicts who have completed the age of 70, it will be applied to those who have 4 years left before their sentence expires, again on a temporary basis. Convicts over the age of 65 who cannot lead their lives alone in prison due to serious illness, disability or old age will be executed under probation. 1 day and 3 days where juvenile convicts stay in prison until the age of 15; 1 day until the age of 18 will be counted as 2 days.
