DESCRIPTIONS
1- My client and the defendant ended their marriage, which lasted for 9 years, by mutual agreement, and the application of the parties was accepted by the Family Court and the decision numbered … date, … principle and … decision number regarding the divorce was notified to the parties and became final.
2- In the judgment, the custody of the joint child of the parties is left to the defendant. Since our client is practicing his profession outside the city, he agreed to see his child only during the summer holidays and the court made the arrangement taking this into account. In the same way, the court pays … TL alimony constantly.
3- After my client completed his job outside the city, he started to work again in the city where the child and the defendant are located. My client wanted to see his child on weekends according to his new order, without affecting his school, but this request was rejected by his ex-wife.
4- Undoubtedly, children need father’s love as much as mother’s love. It is the most natural right of our client to see his child, but the former spouse of the defendant prevents this.
5- We request from your esteemed court that my client’s personal relationship with his child be reorganized due to his new workplace and opportunities, and that he be able to see his child again every weekend.
