DESCRIPTIONS :
1-) About the suspects … … and … … due to our client’s unauthorized photocopying of some books belonging to the publishing house …. A criminal complaint was filed with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor and the statements of the suspects were taken by the Prosecutor’s Office; No search was carried out in the workplace belonging to the suspects and no seizure was carried out regarding the evidence that could be obtained as a result of this search.
2-) Although the investigation continues against the suspects, no search has been made within the scope of the investigation and no seizure has been made as a result of this search; Considering the possibility of destruction of the evidence that can be reached by the suspects, it may adversely affect the course of the investigation, and the search to be carried out in the workplaces due to this activity and the seizure of the evidence that may be obtained in this context and to take them under protection will make important contributions to the progress of the investigation.
3-) For the reasons stated above, it has become obligatory to apply to your court for permission to search the workplace of suspicious persons and to confiscate them in case evidence related to the action complained of is found as a result of this search.
