The client and the defendant ../../…. He was married on his date and they have no joint children from their marriage. Since the date of their marriage, the client and the defendant have been living together in the family residence at ….. Batıkent Yenimahalle Ankara.
There has been incompatibility between the parties for a long time and there are frequent violent fights. ../../…. After this last argument, the client was forced by the defendant to leave the house.
