Drivers whose driver’s license has been seized can get their driver’s licenses back by applying with a petition to the confiscated traffic unit or the nearest traffic inspection branch office at the end of the detention period. No extra fees are required. The document that you have paid the fine and the document that you have no debt is sufficient. Where you can get your license back is stated in the section of “the institution from which the driver’s license is requested to take delivery”, which is stated in the driver’s license recovery report.
