ARTICLE 1. PARTIES
…………………………………. with the patron m.. (hereinafter referred to as the “donor”) residing at the address of ………………………………. Ünal o. (hereinafter referred to as “the donor”) has concluded a donation agreement with the following conditions.
ARTICLE 2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the donation of a Mahmut brand computer, the property of which belongs to the donor, to the donor without any compensation.
ARTICLE 3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DONOR
The donor donated and delivered the contracted Mahmut brand computer to the donor without any compensation.
This contract was prepared in two copies in Ankara on …/…/… and signed by the parties, and one copy was delivered to the parties.
