Against our client …….., with the file numbered 2021/… of your Directorate, enforcement proceedings without judgment have been initiated. The payment order without judgment was personally served on our client on …/…/…. Our client does not have any debts to the creditor ………. The debt subject to enforcement proceedings by the creditor was paid to the creditor 3 months ago by our client. For this reason, we object to the enforcement proceedings initiated by the creditor, the debt subject to proceedings, interest and all other accessories.
In addition, the signature on the document, which is based on the enforcement proceedings initiated by the creditor and notified to our client in the annex of the payment order, does not belong to our client. We express our objection to the signature clearly and unequivocally.
Request and Conclusion: As explained above, we object to the payment order without judgment sent to our client as a result of the execution proceedings initiated by the creditor against our client. We object to the original receivable, interest, all ancillaries specified in the payment order, as well as our client’s signature on the document attached to the payment order. We respectfully submit and request that the said proceedings be stopped and other necessary actions be taken.
