Child support is child support. It refers to the monetary contribution of the spouse, who is not given custody as a result of the divorce, to the child’s care and education expenses, at the rate of his own power. In this alimony, the defect rates of the spouses in the divorce are not taken into consideration. Child support ends when the child turns 18, gets married or becomes adult by court decision.
