Transactions carried out without authorization in line with the order of the public prosecutor are unlawful, and the evidence obtained remains within the scope of the prohibition of evaluation of evidence. 𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐛 𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐛 𝐥 Paragraph 6 of Article 38 of the Constitution, subsection 2 of Article 206 of CMK ( Since it cannot be taken as a basis for a verdict pursuant to sub-paragraph a) and paragraph 2 of Article 217, it is against the law to establish a sentence of conviction in writing, while a verdict of acquittal should be given for the accused.
