1-) The plaintiff client, to marry his fiancee … … … …. He applied to the Marriage Office and these applications were rejected. The application document dated …/…/… and the rejection decision dated …/…/… are attached to our petition (Annex 1).
2-) Because the plaintiff appears to be still married in the civil registry. However, the plaintiff divorced his ex-wife on …/…/… with the decision of the Family Court numbered …/… E. …/… K. and the decision became final on …/…/…. The finalized divorce decree (Appendix 2) and population registration samples (Appendix 3) are also attached to our petition.
