Descriptions :
On 15/01/2021, the suspect named ….. came to my workplace, attacked me with curses and threats, and started beating me. The suspect, who raided my shop in a way that I could not understand, both beat me and threatened and insulted me by using sentences such as “you are stupid, stupid, I will kill you, I will not let you live in this city”. Although I told him to leave my shop many times, he did not go and continued these criminal acts.
The suspect was removed from my shop with the intervention of the shopkeepers in the vicinity. In this regard, I demand that the other shopkeepers on the street where my shop is located be heard as witnesses and that a camera recording should be investigated. I am submitting the assault report I received from Silivri State Hospital after the suspect attacked me.
In the light of all these explanations, it has become necessary for me to demand that an investigation be conducted and a public lawsuit filed against the suspect named ….. who came to my shop and attacked me, threatened and insulted me, on charges of deliberate injury, insult, threat, violation of workplace immunity.
