1-) My client recognized one of the defendants, … on …/…/… with his written application to the population directorate, and established a paternity between them. (Annex -1) The other defendant … is the mother of the recognized child.
2-) My client made this recognition with the statements of the defendant … and assuming that the child was his own. (Annex-2) However, since he realized that the defendant was cheating on him later on, he wanted to cancel the recognition.
3-) For this reason, we have been obliged to file a lawsuit for the annulment of the recognition for the reasons mentioned above.
