SUBJECT : It consists of presenting our objections and our statement of remuneration regarding the seizure of the confiscated goods belonging to the company / myself that I am authorized, with the execution file with the parties and number written above.
DESCRIPTIONS :
1- With the execution file with the parties and number written above, the creditor / creditor’s attorney came to the workplace of the company / my person, of which I am authorized, due to the debt of the debtor, on …/…/…..
2- During the foreclosure process, the movable properties that belong to the company/person of which I am the authorized person and whose invoices are submitted by us, were seized on the claim that they belong to the debtor and left to me as the company official as a trustee.
3- All invoices belonging to the movables seized during the seizure and the tax plate of the workplace were submitted and a copy of each was submitted in the file. The confiscated movables have no relation or connection with the debtor. It is proven with the invoices that we have submitted that all of the securities belong to the company I am responsible for / myself.
4- The fixed assets belonging to me / the company I am authorized to have been seized in bad faith. Due to all these reasons that we have explained, the obligation to make a claim for remuneration has arisen.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons given and explained above;
I object to the seizure made regarding the seized movables as a result of the enforcement proceedings, and I submit our claim that the seizures belong to the company / myself that I am responsible for, and I submit that the necessary action is taken. ../../2015
