CRIME: Violation of privacy
CRIME HISTORY:
DESCRIPTIONS
1- The defendant and my client have accounting offices side by side in the same office building and there is a special mailbox for each office at the entrance of the floors. My customer complains that both his and his customers’ private documents are not in their hands. He reported these to the post office in writing as well as to the management. When he could not get a result, he started to examine the box in the mail time. Once again, while leaving work, he noticed that a private letter of his own had been crumpled and thrown away.
2- The next day, the defendant and my client had an argument so that the neighbors and people around could hear, and when he asked why these private letters and documents were opened, read and discarded by the defendant, he claimed that they were from his mailbox. It has become mandatory to file this lawsuit against this ridiculous and brazen defense.
3- The defendant has violated his right to privacy by reading many private documents and letters belonging to my client and has become a partner in his secrets. Due to my client’s taking his business documents and throwing them away, his time-based works were also interrupted and my client suffered a loss. He has also learned the private information of my client’s customers. We want the defendant, who opened and read my client’s private mails and violated the privacy of his private life, to be punished accordingly.
