SUBJECT : Request for adaptation of financial leasing contract

DESCRIPTIONS :
1-) Our client has signed two separate financial leasing agreements with the defendant, therefore, he is under the obligation to pay debts. However, due to the fact that the said financial leasing contract is indexed to foreign currency, it has become impossible to pay the car rental installments due to the extraordinary increases in foreign currency prices. Due to the difficulties in payments, the lease payment plans of the contract numbered … were changed with the amendment agreement with the … journal number, and the lease payment plans of the agreement numbered … were changed with the amendment agreement with the … journal number, and the balance between the performances was disturbed against the client. 2-) The extreme change in the balance between the acts and the unexpected situation in this sense made the continuation of the contract in the same way intolerable for the client. For this reason, we have been obliged to demand and sue for financial leasing contracts to be adapted by converting them into Turkish Lira at the rate on the date of their conclusion.
