OUR EXPLANATIONS:
1-) The defendant has seized the immovable registered in the Land Registry Directorate by the Enforcement Directorate … due to the debt our client owes to him. Our client’s real estate has been valued at ….-TL (…).
2-) However, it is obvious that the value of our client’s immovable is very low when compared to the value of comparable immovables in that location. The current value of our client’s real estate is … TL. is This situation will also be seen as a result of the expert examination.
3-) It has become necessary to apply to your court for the re-determination of the said value appraised for the immovable.
