SUBJECT: In accordance with the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, it consists of submitting our request to take the necessary protection measures.
DESCRIPTIONS
1- The purpose of the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence against Women; It is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the measures to be taken in order to protect women, children, family members and people who are victims of stalking and to prevent violence against them. Within the scope of the law prepared for this purpose, it has become necessary to request the submission of our request to take protection measures, since my client is at risk of being exposed to violence and is the victim of unilateral stalking. Namely;

2- If the actions taken against my client by the defendants are not prevented, my client is in danger of being exposed to violence. As a result of the psychological violence he has experienced, before my client is given the opportunity to suffer physical violence, protection measures should be implemented immediately against the defendants.
3- Despite the fact that a criminal complaint has been filed against him as a result of these events, the defendants still continue this behavior. As a result of these events, my client was so affected that he could not do his job and his psychology was worn out.
4- In order to ensure the safety and well-being of my client and other people living together in the same apartment building, it has become necessary to demand that the necessary protection measures be taken and implemented within the framework of the powers granted and opportunities provided by the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women.
LEGAL REASONS: Constitution of the Republic of Turkey No. 2709, Law No. 6284 on Protection of Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women, Turkish Civil Code No. 4721.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: (There is no obligation to present evidence. Witnesses, camera recordings, etc.
CONCLUSION: For the reasons explained above, considering that there is no evidence or document required regarding the use of violence in accordance with the Law No. 6284 in order to ensure the safety and well-being of both my client and the people living with my client;
In accordance with Article 5/1-a of Law No. 6284, the threat of violence, insult, humiliation or humiliation against my client should not be made,
