SUBJECT OF THE CASE: It consists of a request for the refusal of the judge.
REASONS FOR RETURN: 1- ………./…. In the case numbered substantive, the defendant’s lawyer stated that he would win this case for sure because the judge in the case was my client’s enemy.
2- One person died in a traffic accident that my client had done before. As a result of the research conducted by my client on the words of the defendant lawyer, it was revealed that the Judge, who handled the case, was the son of the person named (……) who died in a traffic accident. In this case, it is stated that the judge can be rejected in accordance with paragraph ……….
3- For these reasons, the obligation to reject the judge has arisen.
