SUBJECT OF CASE: It is a request for legal aid due to poverty.
EVENTS: 1- Defendant ……..’s …. The flower pots on the balcony of her house on the second floor fell on me while I was crossing the road, causing me injury.
2- Since I fainted and fell on the road during the incident, the commercial taxi with the license plate ………… passed by and caused me to be paralyzed. The police report is attached.
3- As ………. I paid pounds. Also, due to my paralysis, I no longer have the ability to work as before. My business is closed.
4- Due to the traffic accident …….. Lira material, ……. I want to file a lawsuit for non-pecuniary damage. I cannot afford to pay the fees and expenses necessary to bring these cases, and to hire a lawyer.
5- According to ………….., I have also received a poverty certificate from the ………………… mukhtar, stating that I am poor and unable to afford the legal expenses. The poverty certificate is attached.
LEGAL REASONS :
EVIDENCE : ………. reports from the hospital and invoices for the payments made to the hospital, the poverty certificate from the headman, witnesses and all kinds of relevant legal evidence.
